We had these guys come out to clean our chimney and fireplace today. Their initial estimate was $160, which I thought was a little high. I received a call from the company the day before our appointment to confirm everything. They remember that I had mentioned we had twins and were rather particular about their schedule, offering another appointment time that worked better for our kids.
Elliot was the one who came out to do the work. He called about 30 min. prior to our the scheduled appointment to let us know he was on the way. Once he started the work I was very impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail. Being an OCD person, it takes a lot for me to be satisfied with someone’s work, much less impressed. He took the time to explain a couple problems he found and addressed every question we had. In the end, the totally was less than the initial estimate. He could have charged us full price and we would not have complained at all. But saving even $20 is a big deal. Great company, great employees, great work.

Perfectly! Mike was a 5 star professional! He arrived right on time, polite, well groomed, well spoken, and so professionally informative. Obviously really knows the chimney business. He saved me money by telling me the chimney really didn’t need cleaning at all. He showed me water damage to the bricks on the outside of the house and I have agreed on a treatment to protect the brick which Mike said would last for ten years. We’ve scheduled that work for later this year. I’ve requested Mike to be the person to do the work as he was so knowledgeable. I wish every service person that came to my house was half as good as Mike. 5 Star!!!!

My dryer vent had never been cleaned, and I called this company to take care of this for me. I also wanted them to check for damage to my chimney cap due to a recent severe hail storm, as well as inspect the fireplace from top to bottom to be sure all was well. Adrian was prompt, courteous, and very informative every step of the way. He did a great job of cleaning my dryer vent and then he took time to help me understand every aspect of my fireplace and the chimney so he spent quite a bit of time on teaching and informing me. I certainly appreciate his willingness to answer all my questions. I especially appreciate the fact that he told me my chimney cap was fine and did not need to be replaced. I actually had no idea if it did or not and honesty such as that needs to be commended. The only thing I paid for was to have the dryer vent cleaned. I would recommend this company for any job you have.

It went well. After the inspection he did a bang-up job of cleaning the chimney without getting dust everywhere. He left the area cleaner than it was when he arrived. He then showed us photos of the chimney cap which had never had a cover and explained the weather effects a half a century has had on it. He suggested we install a chimney cap, but was not over bearing about it. In our case we decided to not put on a chimney cap and he left it at that. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

I’ve been using these people for several years now. They get here when they say they will and do an EXCELLENT job at a fair price. The people I have dealt with have been friendly and knowledgeable. When they leave, everything is neat and clean and in better shape than before they got here. One of the reasons I purchased the new cap was there were no high pressure sales tactics. I’d needed one for a year or more. While they suggested it. There was never any pressure. I bought it on my schedule. While they were installing it, they even took down an old antenna I wanted removed without extra charge.

Adrian arrived early (which was a plus)! He was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I had trouble removing the existing wood log starter pipe, and he had it off in minutes! I ordered gas logs from Home Depot and he was able to install them quickly. He took his time explaining how to operate and maintain our new gas logs. He even went over safety concerns with gas log usage and made sure I understood how to properly check for problems. When he finished, the fireplace looked great and there was no mess. TJ was the person who came to my home and he was excellent. He was on time, in fact early. He was polite and professional and explained some things to me about the fireplace that I did not know. He removed a mesh screen that I did not know how to remove. Fireplace looks great. I would definitely use this company again.

I had these guys come out yesterday to check a fireplace out before I finished remodeling. They were exactly on time, super courteous (even sweet to my nosey dog), and very professional.
I believe the techs name was Mike. Mike went over everything with me, was honest about what services I did and didn’t need, and was prompt in getting everything done. Couldn’t ask for more. Don’t hesitate to give them a call!

While cleaning my chimney, I asked the tech why my fireplace did not draw properly. He explained the problem with my chimney cap and what it would take to fix it. When I called to schedule the work, I was told it would be mid January. My family was coming for Christmas and I knew they would want to use the fireplace which I explained to them. They called back at a later time and told me they would be able to do the work on Christmas Eve morning. The tech, Fred came out and did the work. It was no bother to my family, and now the fireplace works the best it ever has. There is no more smoke in my house when I use the fireplace! I will definitely continue to use their services! Our family has used chimney sweep for years. New new cap – custom made – heavy – much much better then the builder. Also used them for leaks and sealing cracks in the brick. Never had to call them back. My dad swore by them back in early 90’s

I’m always skeptical of a company I haven’t dealt with previously but I was greatly pleased with their service. They replaced my broken gas fireplace starter and they did it for less than the price I was quoted on the phone. TJ was professional, experienced, communicative and made the extra effort to protect my carpeting. I’ll be using them again to clean my chimney. Highly recommend!

The service tech did a great job and explained everything in an easy to understand way. I originally had them come out to do the chimney (glad I did because it was really dirty with soot) and inquired about having my dryer vent cleaned. He was very nice and offered to see how the air was flowing from the dryer vent. He wanted to see if the vent could be clogged before we had to pay for the service. He stated that there was very little noticeable air coming out and he could not feel much heat coming out of the vent. I was surprised, because for some reason I really did not think the vent would need to be cleaned. We clean out the lint every time we dry our cloths. I’m glad we did this service because we had quite a bit of fluff coming out of the vent. When you have this type of service done you really feel like everything around the house is more fresh and clean. One of the major things to note is that this company might take a while to get to your location. When we first contacted the company it was going to take a month or so to get scheduled. In their defense it was during their busiest time of the year before the holidays. I had to reschedule once due to some holiday travel, so thats why we just now had the service completed. Anyway, glad I used this company because they did a job.

I had never had a fire in my fireplace so I requested a chimney inspection and, if needed, a cleaning. First, they responded back to my email request the next day (on Christmas Eve) and, due to a cancellation, were able to come out that same day to perform the service. My chimney did not need cleaning so he made sure I understood how to use my fireplace and how to tell when it needed cleaning. In his inspection he found one thing that I might want to do and left an estimate for that. I will definitely call them back.

They checked the chimney inside and out and explained the dimensions and the problems. They cleaned the fireplace with a huge vacuum device. They cleaned more than 4″ of soot out of the chimney and examined every part for leakage and defects. They provided tons of advice on gas log options, since we asked. They gave pricing and options, dimensions and time to install etc. This tech was extremely quick, efficient and communicative. He knew all about what he was doing and was SUPER CLEAN. There was no dirt of soot anywhere in my house, or on my brick fireplace. I highly recommend.

Everyone was great to work with. Scheduling was extremely easy. I called a few days before I was hoping to have service schedule and they were out 2 days later. The representative from the company showed up on time, put down a plastic barrier over the entire area he would be walking on and all around my fireplace as to not get residue everywhere. Overall service was wonderful. He recommended a few things we could do to help with the fireplace burning wood more efficiently etc. Would definitely use them again!

Prior to appointment time, the sweeps called to announce they were on the way. They were considerate and professional. I thought I had squirrels and swift nests; turned out to be a raccoon with five kits. They were removed efficiently and humanely; the kits were set in the brush for the mama to recover. Total cost was less than that estimated over the telephone. I recommend this outfit.

Needed a cleaning, gave them a call. Friendly, efficient scheduling, a reminder call the day of the visit, and a very friendly , polite, and thorough person showed up. Cleaner also took a look, said the chimney wasn’t that dirty, and he could leave and not charge, or do the work.
I was impressed, and opted for a cleaning anyway. (Hey, he was here, and it’ll put off the next one.) Price was $119, cheaper than most others I called.
